I'm not worried about the dead floating. I'm worried about the dead voting on Nov. 2. Why do I get the feeling the local machine will start bringing back to life a lot of registered voters on Election Day?

In Hong Kong, the dead get to rest in the ground for seven years. Then the bodies are unearthed, burned, and more room is made for the next renters. In other parts of China, your milage may vary.
